Our team also has access to a large database of potential tenants actively seeking rental property in Edinburgh.

How we select and manage the right tenant

Your property is in safe hands, before we hand over the keys you can be assured we have carried out extensive checks and tenant referencing. Our work doesn't end there, we will produce rental agreements, photographic move in and move out condition inventories and schedule post entry inspections.

Full property management

As well as all of the above at APM Lettings we provide expert advice on rental value, information on insurance and tax matters. We will also collect your rent and accounting to you monthly, along with providing advise on any repairs that may become necessary.
